Noelia Méndez Santolaria is an economist at the University of Buenos Aires and is pursuing a Master’s degree in Economics at the same institution. Her work focuses on research and consulting, specializing in the valuation of investments in care systems. She has contributed to studies on contributive capacity from a feminist perspective and on feminist taxation in Argentina and Mexico.

Noelia is also an active member of the Young Scholars Initiative at the Institute for New Economic Thinking (INET) and the International Association for Feminist Economics (IAFFE). Her interdisciplinary approach and commitment to social justice make her a prominent voice in economic analysis with a gender perspective.
