Colombian Systems Engineer, works as systems architect at the Secretariat of Finance of the State of Santa Catarina in Brazil, where he has led the implementation and evolution of SAT, one of the most recognized and awarded tax administration systems in the country. As a consultant for CIAT, the IDB and IMF’s CAPTAC-DR, he has given seminars on technology and management for the tax administration and participated in projects to modernize the tax and customs administrations of seven Latin American and Caribbean countries, both in the development and assessment of their information systems, as well as in the evaluation and modernization of their management models.
