Specialist in tax administration matters, including technical and teaching assistance in matters of tax compliance management, risk models, international taxation and taxation of the mining sector. Between 2014 and 2020 he was Deputy Director of Tax compliance of the Chilean Internal Revenue Service, having to lead the implementation of different tax reforms to the institution’s treatment and inspection capabilities. He is currently a professor and collaborator at the Center for Tax Studies at the University of Chile and at the Inter-American Center of Tax Administrations.
