From September 28 to October 13, 2022, CIAT will conduct an in-person Transfer Pricing course for 20 officials of the Administrative Tax Court (TAT) of Panama.

This course will cover the following topics: Introduction to transfer pricing, Comparability and arm’s length principle, Transfer pricing methods, Transfer pricing methods, Regulatory framework in Panama and BEPS actions and transfer pricing.

The course will be given by José Luis Galíndez who has more than 15 years of experience in transfer pricing.
