For CIAT, the adequate management of the information which supports the research and study tasks and allowing free access for inquiries to the tax administration officials of its member countries is an issue of utmost importance.

Therefore, we are renewing our virtual library platform and starting on July 15, CIAT will be implementing this new system, without this involving any change in the regular bibliographical consultation service.

In addition to access to a large series of specialized tax publications in electronic versions (PDF, PowerPoint, etc.), the new “PMB” integral Library Management System has a new on-line integrated catalogue that will afford all its users more effective and precise bibliographical search options.

Through “PMB” the officials of our member countries may also access via Internet, complete texts of publications as well as download documents, articles and shortly, videos, among others.

With this new service platform CIAT hopes to provide our users better access to information resources.
