CIAT invited to the 4th BRITACOF Conference in Georgia
PhD. Santiago Díaz de Sarralde, Director of Tax Studies and Research of CIAT, represented CIAT at the 4th BRITACOF Conference, in Tbilisi, Georgia, on: “Building a growth-friendly tax environment”.
CIAT presented the digital application Digital Economy Compliance – DEC, developed for the taxation of the companies of the digital economy that operate virtually in countries where they have no permanent establishment and tax registration; and, also was presented, The Anomalies Detector – EIAD, an application developed by CIAT and Microsoft that uses artificial intelligence that applies to the mega databases of electronic invoices to identify indications of non -compliance and inconsistencies that require tax inspection.
The Commissioner of the China State Administration, Mr. Wang Jun, held the Inaugural Conference of the event.
