Ecuador- USD 271 Million collected through enforced collection by the SRI
Between January and April 2022, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has recovered more than USD 271 million as a result of collection actions implemented nationwide.
The Director General of the SRI, Marisol Andrade, informed that the collection actions implemented resulted in more than 65 thousand taxpayers paying their debts originated by unpaid returns, determinations and/or sanctions applied by the Tax Administration.
