The Institute of Fiscal Studies of Spain and the National University of Distance Learning (UNED) have the honor to present the second edition of the Official Master’s Degree in Public Finance, Financial and Tax Administration (Tax Administration Specialty).

This is a University Postgraduate Program directed specifically to the Latin American context. The Master will be developed during the next 2016/2017 academic year (October 2016 to September 2017) and other Spanish and international institutions are participating, such as ICEX Spain Export and Investment, the Spanish Agency for International Cooperation to Development (AECID), the State Agency of Tax Administration (AEAT) and the Inter-American Center of Tax Administrations (CIAT).

This Master is the new version of the International Master in Public Finance and Tax Administration that was developed very successfully until the year 2015, during eleven editions, although since the first edition of the Masters, in the 2015 / 2016 academic period, an important renewal and improvement was carried out. It was adapted to the requirements of the European Higher Education Area (EHEA).

The Master offers two specialties, one in Tax Administration and one in Financial Administration. In the Tax Administration Specialty, the Master provides academic and professional training of high level in matters such as the organization, design, planning and management of tax systems and their administrations, including trends and best practices in these fields, all intended to improve the ability of designing and implementing the tax policies.

The deadline for presenting the request and its documentation ends next May 29, 2016.
