The Center for Subnational Tax Administrations (CeATS) held the 5th Workshop on Fiscal Policy Challenges in the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, on April 6, 2017. Representatives of the Center’s member jurisdictions participated in the event. They held working groups on different topics in the field of taxation, both public and private, national and international.

The purpose of the meeting was to create a space for sharing ideas that would increase the efficiency and improve the collection agencies’ management and quality.

On behalf of the CIAT Executive Secretary, Mr. Santiago Díaz de Sarralde, Director of Tax Studies and Research, participated in the international panel, dedicated to analyzing the trends and challenges of the tax administration.
