She is a consultant in the Division of Fiscal Management of the IDB. She was auditor of the State Revenue of Minas Gerais in Brazil, where she served as Superintendent of Economic Tax Collection and Information from 2003 to 2010 and Superintendent of Information Technology from 2010 to 2014. She was General Coordinator of the Coordination Unit of the Project for the Modernization of Tax Management in Minas Gerais (PROFISCO-MG) from 2010 to 2014. She has a postgraduate degree in information management from the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais (PUC-MG) and in project management from the Institute of Technological Education (IETEC-MG).
