Julio Alberto López, has a degree in Economics. He has been working at CIAT since  2008 in diverse positions and is currently the Statistics and Database Coordinator at the Tax Studies Directorate.

He has collaborated in multiple projects regarding statistical matters with different organizations such as the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, the Inter-American Development Bank and the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean.
