From August 17 to 21, the closing seminar for the fourth promotion of the Master’s degree in International Taxation, Foreign Trade and Customs was held virtually, with the participation of more than 50 students from different promotions.

The event began with the welcome speech by CIAT’s Executive Secretary, Marcio F. Verdi, followed by a speech by Ms. Olga Lucia González, Director of the Tax Law Department of the Universidad Externado de Colombia and finally, Mr. Alejandro Juárez, CIAT Director of Training and Human Talent Development.  Afterwards, Mr. Marcio F. Verdi gave a lecture on the COVID-19 Collection Report.
During the rest of the week several conferences were held on topics such as Transfer Pricing, International Cooperation, Information Exchange, Data Analysis and Artificial Intelligence and Tax Crimes, which were given by CIAT Directors.
