Chile- Resolution providing for the OECD standard on financial information automatic exchange has been published
The Internal Revenue Service published Resolution N°48, dealing with the new OECD international standard on the automatic exchange of financial information for combatting tax evasion and avoidance, CRS. The final version was published last May 31, following conclusion of the period, a week before, of the Public Consultation carried out through the institution’s Web page for receiving inquiries and comments from the taxpayers in relation to this matter.
