Colombia – Gross collection of taxes administered by the DIAN increased 16.7%
In August, the gross collection of taxes administered by the Directorate of National Taxes and Customs -DIAN was $ 8.9 billion, 16.7% more than in August 2017. This growth is mainly explained by the performance of withholding collections at the Source as income, VAT and stamp, which reached the sum of $ 4.5 billion, 14.0% higher than the collection of August 2017.
