The CIAT member countries met in Administrative Session of the 53rd General Assembly in the afternoon of Monday, May 20, 2019, at the Palco Hotel in Havana, Cuba.

The session approved: the Minutes of the previous session, Ottawa 2018; the audited Financial Statements of the previous year; the activities report of the Secretariat; the Work Plan and Budget for 2019- 2020; the locations of the next Assemblies were ratified, in Dominican Republic 2020 and Guatemala 2021; and the new Executive Council was elected for 2019 – 2020.
