On May 21, the IFA Panama Chapter organized its 6th Transfer Pricing Conference, which addressed topics such as international tax arbitration in a transfer pricing context, the implications of implementing the BEPS program, return on intangibles in value creation, and the importance of transfer pricing rules in economic substance standards.

Alejandro Juárez, CIAT’s Director of Training and Human Capital Development, spoke at the conference’s opening ceremony, while Raul Zambrano, Director of Technical Assistance and Innovation, participated as a panelist in the session “Beyond Compliance.”
