The first Hackathon of public financial management in Latin America, which was held in the country this week, resulted in two winning teams and the following valuable proposals. i) Developing an open and secure system for the State, capable of centralizing the payment system of social programs, and making more efficient and transparent the distribution of resources to beneficiaries through the financial system. ii) Creating an interoperable electronic purse between banks, which promotes the financial inclusion of the beneficiaries of these programs.
